Steve relocated to the Panhandle of Florida in 2003 from North Caolina where he began working with a local engineering firm as a drafter designer.  After years of work and dedication, he graduated from Florida State University where he earned his bachelors in engineering.  Neace Engineering PLLC was established in 2022
